Our managerial team will meet the client for in-depth initial consultations. Based on requirements discussed we will then produce an overall project plan.
Once the outlines have been agreed and signed off our project managers and quantity surveyor will exhaustively valuate the general costs of the entire project with careful analysis of all development phases.
Final negotiations are carried out and agreements signed. A detailed roadmap outlining all stages of the project is agreed before works commence.
On site, our supervisory team oversees the quality and progress of works on a daily basis. They constantly assess the materials, personnel and equipment required for the timely progress of works, strictly keeping to the schedules and budgets agreed.
Stage-by-stage updates are provided to the client and their team, assuring all qualitative and progression targets are fully met.
